Introduction
miniNo is a collaborative project involving several research laboratories from all over the world, each of whom is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This Policy (together with the Legal notice and any other document referred to in it) sets out the basis on which any personal data collected from you, or provided by you, will be processed. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how it will be treated. By using the secured and dedicated extranet of miniNo, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this Policy.
Inserm Transfert is currently acting as the manager for the extranet infrastructure, but each partner of miniNo contributes to the content and information disclosure.
Any subsequent reference to Inserm Transfert in these terms shall include miniNo partners from time to time involved in the project. However, unless expressly provided otherwise, the liability of miniNo partners in connection with miniNo or the site shall be several and extend only to any loss or damage arising out of their own acts and omissions.
General information about the processing of personal data
For the purpose of miniNo, we have set up and launched a specific secured and dedicated extranet. To this end, Inserm Transfert will need to collect, store and process your personal data for the legitimate purposes of MiniNo knowledge/information management and for sharing internal information among all partners.
Access to the miniNo extranet is strictly restricted to identified members of the project. To access to the miniNo extranet, repository of all miniNo documents, you should consent to activate your account.
Commitment
Inserm Transfert is the “data controller” for the information that you provide to us when visiting the miniNo website. This means that we decide how to use it and are responsible for looking after it in accordance with the GDPR.
Inserm Transfert undertakes to process all data transmitted or collected in a manner that complies with the applicable “Regulations”.
Collection, Use & Disclosure of Personal Data
To enable you to use miniNo Extranet and get access to information restricted to project partners, we shall need some personal data about you. Within the framework of registration to miniNo Extranet we shall need for your first name, surname as well as your business email address. We will only retrieve your personal data when you voluntarily provide these to us within the framework of your registration with the miniNo Extranet.
Inserm Transfert will exclusively employ your personal data to give you access to the miniNo Extranet. We will not disclose your personal data to any third parties without first obtaining your consent permitting us to do so.

In order to be able to use the functionality of the Extranet you must enter some personal data which we process and store. On the basis of this information you will access to documents and information according to your access rights.
You can administer your own personal data at any time under “My Profile” page.
Management of Personal Data and security measures
Inserm Transfert will take appropriate measures to keep your personal data accurate, complete and updated.
Inserm Transfert will also take reasonable efforts to take appropriate precautions and preventive measures to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected and secured. Appropriate security arrangements will be taken to prevent any unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, leakage, loss, damage and/or alteration of your personal data.
Inserm Transfert will also take reasonable efforts to ensure that the personal data in its possession or under its control is destroyed as soon as it is reasonable to assume that (i) the purpose for which that personal data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of such personal data; and (ii) retention is no longer necessary for any other legal or business purposes.
You may, at any time and for any reason, delete contributions from the collaborative work space and withdraw Inserm Transfert’s right to use such contributions, but you accept that such contributions may have been downloaded and used by other users in the collaborative workspace and Inserm Transfert has no control over the use of any contributions which may have been downloaded or copied from the collaborative work space by other users.
Inserm Transfert acknowledges the importance of preserving your access to contributions held in a collaborative work space. If no one has logged into the collaborative work space within 36 months or Inserm Transfert discontinues the provision of collaborative work spaces Inserm Transfert will, where reasonably possible, give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to remove any contribution from the collaborative work space.
Note: For security reasons your login data (user name and password) may not be communicated to anybody else. Please keep these data secret and never share them with any third party.
Declarations of Consent, where applicable
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 4 you have expressly given us the following declaration(s) of consent within the framework of your registration to our portal and we have recorded your consent. Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) (GDPR) and the French Data files and Individual Liberties defined by Law no. 78-17, as amended, we are obliged to provide the content of the declarations of consent anytime on demand. You may revoke your declaration(s) of consent anytime with future effect.
Registration with the Portal and consent
I wish to register for the future use of the data portal and request admission and storage of my provided data into your portal data base.
I have taken notice of the conditions of use of the miniNo Extranet, I understood and agree to these.
Request for Access, Correction and/or Withdrawal of Personal Data
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Art. 15 Right of access and the French law Informatique et Libertés, you have the right to access information held about you. For this reason, you can access information concerning the data stored in miniNo Extranet and managed by Inserm Transfert at anytime without providing any reason. As part of the GDPR you may request that your personal data is corrected or deleted. The result of a deletion request will revoke your access to the miniNo extranet.
